1. Ordering with LTTL

When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Once your order is accepted by us, a binding contract is formed. LTTL reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

To place an order, you must:

  • Use a valid payment method issued by a bank or provider acceptable to us

 

2. Payment

You agree that all information provided for purchasing our products is accurate, complete, and current. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and has sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction.

LTTL reserves the right to verify payment details before processing or dispatching any order.

3. Product Pricing & Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and information displayed on the Website are accurate. However, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

If:

  • A pricing error is identified, or
  • An ordered product becomes unavailable

We will notify you within three (3) working days of order placement and offer you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway.

LTTL reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed based on incorrect, outdated, or inaccurate information, including errors relating to pricing, shipping, or availability.

All products sold on lttl.co are strictly for personal use only. Orders suspected to be placed for resale purposes may be cancelled. LTTL further reserves the right to cancel future orders from customers involved in suspected resale activity to protect our brand and intellectual property.

 

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement (“Grace Period”) by contacting our Customer Care team.

  • Requests made after the Grace Period will not be accepted
  • Approval of cancellation is at LTTL’s sole discretion
  • An administrative fee may apply
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

 

5. Delivery

Orders typically require up to seven (7) working days to be processed and dispatched, excluding public holidays.

LTTL shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, failures, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Losses & Damages

Products are deemed successfully delivered if no report of loss or damage is made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the appointed courier. LTTL shall not be liable for items lost in transit.
  • LTTL may, at its discretion, assist customers in liaising with the courier for investigation purposes but does not guarantee replacement or compensation.
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within the prescribed timeline with clear supporting evidence for verification.

Where a refund is deemed appropriate after verification, it will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy, and processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway.

Original proof of purchase is required for all claims relating to delivery issues.

6. Shipping Fees & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website exclude shipping fees, duties, and taxes imposed by relevant authorities, which shall be borne by the customer.

Customers requesting a refund must write to our Customer Care team and provide valid proof of purchase along with supporting evidence (where applicable).

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval at LTTL’s discretion.

8. Exchanges

All purchases made on lttl.co are final. LTTL does not offer exchanges.

9. Complimentary / Supplemental Gifts

If your order includes a complimentary or supplemental gift, it will be shipped together with your purchase.

  • Complimentary gifts are not exchangeable for cash
  • If unavailable, LTTL reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equivalent value
  • LTTL does not accept claims regarding the quality or suitability of complimentary gifts

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify LTTL from any liability arising from the use of complimentary gifts.

 

10. Amendments & Governing Law

LTTL reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
