How do I add an item to my order after checking out?
You will need to make a separate order altogether.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. You will need to email hello@lttl.co within the first 24 hours so we won't process your order. Order cancellation requests will not be entertained after 24 hours.
Why was my order canceled?
In most cases, orders are automatically canceled if we do not receive payments from you. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at hello@lttl.co and we will sort it out within working days.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During launches, sales, or public holidays, there may be slight delays — we appreciate your patience.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, kindly check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. If you do not see your country, do contact us to get a manual quotation for shipping cost.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Once an order has shipped, we rely on third-party couriers for delivery. If there are issues, we’ll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for delays or losses once the parcel is in transit.

Video your unboxing
Please record a clear video of your package being opened — from the sealed outer packaging through to the item itself. This will serve as your proof of condition should you need to report a fault.
Check packaging integrity
Let us know immediately if the parcel appears tampered with or damaged.
Inspect your item carefully
Report any issues within 5 days of receiving it.
Without unboxing footage or timely reporting, we may be unable to offer assistance with damage claims.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At LTTL, each piece is created with intention — made in limited quantities, carefully crafted, and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing fault.
